Property information

Private apartment with swimming pool and BBQ on the ground floor of my villa ( I live upstairs) but you have independent access to this apartment. * Swimming pool available during the summer season from May to October every year. During the winter months the pool will be in maintenance process. FREE PARKING ON THE STREET. High speed WIFI connection available. View to the mall Shop center and snow track. Traditional gastronomy and wines just 5 mins. away. Royal Palace just 25 mins. away. Important information: Check-in until 22h - Check-in free of charge: From 16:00 to 18:00 - From 18:00 to 20:00 there will be a charge of 20e - From 20:00 to 22:00 30e will be charged. - After 22:00 there will be a charge of 50e on request. Due to the rules of the flat, tickets are not accepted. -Please note that last minute bookings may have a check-in delay of up to 2 hours (at 18:00 h).

With tailored services, Mercadona's supermarket 3-5 minutes by car, pharmacy, local medical cabinet 6 mins. by car, Spa and fitness center with saunas 8 minutes, traditional Madridian village called NAVARCANERO just 5- minutes by car where to taste local wines and local gastronomy Xanadu mall, where you will find all kinds of leisure ... shops, El Corte Inglés, Hipercor, Zara, Formula One track, cinema Delux, large indoor snow slope, bars and cafes. international restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, Istanbul, Brazilian, American, German, Italian and of course the SPANISH), etc. Express bus to downtown Madrid every half hour and takes half an hour to reach Príncipe Pío steps from the Plaza of Spain and the Royal Palace By car in less than 20 minutes you reach the center of Madrid.
