Our company has been operating in Gran Canaria for 20 years, managing hotel complexes in the south of the island, and now exploring new opportunities in Las Palmas. At the moment in the city we have this 2-bedroom accommodation, and soon we will also have 2 penthouses located in the same building. We love that guests feel comfortable, and that they do not lack anything during their stays, and that is why we have furnished and decorated our apartment to resemble a real house, even being next to the beach, and we offer service customized according to the wishes of our clients.

Property information

New apartment, finished in November 2020, in a completely renovated building since 2019. It is located on the ground floor with windows in all rooms, fully equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and cozy stay. The bedrooms overlook the pedestrian street, and the living-room, kitchen and bathroom overlook an interior patio. Quiet, spacious, private and airy apartment. It has a full kitchen with brand new appliances, Smart TV with a 50-inch flat screen, with the possibility of connection to YouTube and Netflix, air conditioning and high-speed fiber optic WIFI, ideal for work stays and to connect several devices at the same time. The two bedrooms have a 160cm double bed and air conditioning. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 4 people, including children from 2 to 12 years old. Cot and high chair for babies from 0 to 2 years old are on request, and at an additional cost. Guests will feel at home, and we will be happy to accommodate their requests, Ideal apartment for holidays or work, since it allows you to disconnect and enjoy the city and its activities at the same time.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the most central area of ​​Playa de Las Canteras, just 50 meters from the promenade and the beach. Furthermore, the Port of Las Palmas is only 6km away, and the airport 25km away. An area full of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and shopping centers, which can be visited simply by walking through the streets of the neighborhood. 5.5km away is also the historic area of ​​Vegueta, with its Cathedral of Santa Ana, the House of C. Columbus and the pedestrian shopping area of ​​Triana. For sports lovers, you can go from the apartment to the beach simply taking your swimsuit and surfboard, or equipment for any water and non- water sports, such as hiking, cycling, running, skateboarding, etc. In addition, there are several gyms and spas located a few meters from the accommodation. If you arrive by car, or you want to rent it, there are several pay parkings in the area, or you can park in the adjoining streets, at a cost.
