La Lonja está situada en el casco antiguo de Palma. Su nombre se debe a un edificio del siglo XV que se utilizó para el comercio de intercambio marítimo. Hoy en día es un lugar perfecto al que ir por la noche. Esta zona se llena de vida y, a pesar de estar bien iluminada, la arquitectura Gotica se ve un tanto eclipsada por la gran variedad de lugares para comer y tomar algo. La calle Apuntadores es su aorta principal, donde se encuentran una gran variedad de comercios. Les recomiendo que no se pierdan el Ábaco Cocktail Bar, con sus montones de frutas y maravillosos arreglos florales ( un poco caro), el Jazz Club donde podrán disfrutar íntimamente de música en vivo, el Restaurante Forn de San Juan, BO Sushi & Cocktail y Caballito de Mar. El barrio de la Lonja está situado al lado de una de las calles más actuales para ir de compras " El Paseo del Borne" y a pocos metros de Los Jardines del Rey que se conectan con La Catedral.
