Welcome to my 35 square metre flat in Le Lavancher, a small traditional village above Chamonix. Located 10 minutes drive from the town centre, the resort has many typical restaurants and shops and several ski areas nearby. The flat is west facing, so very sunny, and has a terrace leading to a shared garden with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc. Very nice stay :) ## Logement The flat is bright and has a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space, a bathroom and a nice living area with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a dining area. The house has a terrace and a garden with 2 deckchairs, 1 table and 4 chairs which will be very much appreciated in summer and winter. You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, hotplates, dishes. There is a washing machine in the residence, shared with the other flats. There is a wood burning stove in the living room. If required, there is a baby cot available in the bedroom. There is a covered parking space available, as well as an outdoor parking space. To access Le Lavancher in winter, it is preferable to have snow tyres or chains. The resort is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favourites with you! It is possible to go snowshoeing in winter and hiking in summer from the residence. A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler. For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost.
