Facing south, it offers its travelers comfort and quality of life, acoustic quality, thermal comfort, equipped kitchen, fitted wardrobes, free Wi-Fi (fiber). It benefits from a privileged environment, close to all public services, many local services (pharmacy, bakery, etc.), the East ring road. The traveler has quick access to the various points of the city, the A9 and A75 motorways, the beaches of Valras and Portiragnes, the typical villages in the countryside, the large commercial areas … With its very pleasant terrace of 10 m2, facing south, L'Olivier offers a beautiful view that allows, depending on the weather, to admire the Pyrenees. Travelers have at their disposal two free parking spaces (one behind the other), private and secure, bordered by landscaped outdoor spaces.
