A playpark, tennis courts, harbour and aquatic leisure activities, a convenience shop, two restaurant-bars and a golf course with club house are all available within a few minutes of the property. On-road parking available opposite property. Bus stop with connections to local towns and train stations within 2 minute walk of property.
