    “Lovely location, beautiful cosy cottage which was surprisingly spacious. A nice touch was the wood burning stove was built, ready to light. The shower was powerful with lovely fresh toiletries provided. Bed linen was beautiful and super comfy.”

You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. 48 Polecat Cottages is a wonderful base for exploring East Sussex as a family. Note: The stairs are quite steep and unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are low ceilings throughout the property.

Between Berwick and Lewes in East Sussex's South Downs National Park is the tiny community of Firle.
