Our purpose is to make sure that our guests get the very most out of their trip, have a memorable and enjoyable time so they want to return time and again.

Property info

The first to be completed and ready to accept guests. It is a lovely 1 bedroom property boasting great views of the countryside from the bedroom windows that are a joy to wake up to! The downstairs is cosy and comfortable with places to sit and dine both inside and out. The well equipped kitchen has everything that you need to prepare a sumptuous meal, tasty snack or preparing a BBQ treat! For those cosy nights in there is also wood burning stove, perfect for curling up with a glass of wine and a film, if of course you don't fancy venturing into York which is a short 10 minute drive from your country retreat! There is a car charging point in each of the 5 cottages at the farm, the points are a 16a designated supply accessible with a standard UK 13a three pin plug. Guest’s are more than welcome to charge there cars but we ask that they leave in the cottage a contribution towards the cost of the electric used. Dogs are welcome for a small charge per dog per stay.
