It was set in beautiful grounds and was very quiet. The two members of staff at breakfast were very attentive. It was nice to have biscuits and a bottle of water when we got there .

Very cozy beautiful historical place! Close to Oxford. The room is beautifully designed, bright, comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The hosts were very kind and nice! Breakfast was included in the stay, which is a big bonus! An incredible view from the cafe to the horse training ground, which also often hosts horse shows. It's a pity that we could stay only two nights. Many thanks to the hosts for a great time!

This is a little treasure! Now I dream of living on a farm again, one day was not enough. Our room was nice and very cozy, all the necessary things were in it: water, tea and coffee, hairdryer, iron and fresh linen and towels. The shower gel and soap have an amazing scent, I really liked it. Breakfast was top notch! Delicious coffee in huge mugs, fresh toast with butter and jam. Thank you very much to the whole team for your hospitality! As a bonus, we watched the horse races! It was very interesting and exciting to watch the horses and riders. And we woke up with peacock singing in the morning 🦚😍

Such a pretty place, we stayed on the ground floor of a small red brick cottage surrounded by countryside and some beautiful magnolia trees in full flower. A stunning location, a good sized room, lovely large bath and French windows opening into a grassy field

Location was excellent, 15 minute drive to the centre of Oxford and 5 minute drive to the Peartree Park and Ride yet surrounded by countryside. Breakfast was lovely. The room was "well appointed" as they say, it basically had everything you'd want but definitely bijou.

Lovely Farmhouse in beautiful setting just outside of Oxford. The cottage was very clean, cosy and comfortable. Graham our host was very friendly and welcoming and gave a great recommendation for our evening meal at the Trout Inn, which was fantastic! and only 10 minutes drive. Breakfast at Hill Farm was superb.

The room was nice - however for the price I would’ve hoped for a slightly bigger bed as we are quite tall. A smart tele with more channels would have been nice. The room next door was very close and could hear them coming and going. Maybe make the room larger and more luxurious

Quiet, tasteful room in an equestrian centre. Ample space for parking and walking on the grounds, and a beautiful garden/patio next to the room. Good breakfast in the cafe of the centre. An hour's walk into the centre of Oxford, if you prefer avoiding the parking and hassle.
