A spacious and beautifully presented detached house that is a short drive from the centre of Bath and Bath University. The property benefits from a private and enclosed rear garden, off street parking for two cars and four comfortable bedrooms. Downstairs there is a contemporary open plan kitchen, dining room and living area with direct access to the garden (with small play area) through sliding doors. The house is ideally set up from family and friends to enjoy a short break visiting Bath.
We have been managing short let properties for nearly 8 years and take great pride in maintaining standards and treating each property as if it were our own. Bathampton is popular suburb of Bath that is popular with families. You are a short walk from Kennet & Avon Canal which is a lovely walk into the centre of Bath. You can also easily access the Bath Skyline walk. In the village there are two pubs. The George next to the canal and slightly further away is The Mill on the River. For essentials there is a Spar Shop in the village and a small coffee shop. The house is only a 5-minute drive from the centre of Bath. For public transport, the D1 bus runs regularly throughout the day from the main road a couple of minutes away or you can use Uber. Once in the centre of Bath, the city is compact and we would recommend exploring on foot.
