Follis Cottage is a former stables that has been converted into a two bedroom home that can sleep four people. All on ground level the cottage has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. With two bedrooms, 1 x double and 1 x twin with a family bathroom. Outisde of the property is a gravelled drive with parking which leads onto a lawned garden. This easy access cottage in Nottington, near Weymouth provides an ideal location in a quiet village yet only a short drive to Weymouth attractions.

Nottington is a village sits just outside Weymouth and historically used to possess a Spa and was therefore popular with the aristocracy, who flocked there to drink the water, claimed to be of benefit for eruptive complaints and loss of appetite. What remains of this time today is the pump room which is known as the Spa house. Just 3 miles from the Georgian seaside town of Weymouth, this village is perfect for those wanting to explore South Dorset. Weymouth boasts an award winning beach, with golden sands and shallow waters, coupled with a Georgian seafront steeped in history. There are many restaurants and café’s where you sample Dorset’s finest seafood. 6 miles to the north is the County town of Dorchester that offers where you can find the County Museum, The Teddy bear Museum, Max Gate, Thomas Hardy’s 19th Century former house.
