Our Gorgeous Apartments benefit from located within The Georgian Quarter, so you can enjoy this lovely and historic neighbourhood whilst getting easy access to the vibrant city centre. Ideal for Business Guests, Couples and Families visiting Liverpool and in the perfect location for exploring our wonderful city! 
 We, as hosts, are extremely proud of the Georgian style features and are thrilled to share these with our guests. However, kindly note that with the windows being single glazed as a feature, please expect a level of background noise from the nearby traffic. 1) Apartment - Located in the half basement, down 1 flight of stairs. 
 2) Standard Apartment - Located on the 1st floor, up 2 flights of stairs. 3) Deluxe Apartment - Located on the 2nd floor & attic floor, up 3 flights of stairs. 4) Apartment – Ground Floor - Located on the Ground Floor. 
Please note that the building does not have a lift. 
 One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at each apartment. *We kindly ask to make sure you read and understand our house rules before booking your stay* *The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

It is just a short stroll from the city centre and close to some brilliant places to visit, including, the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall! 
The Georgian Quarter area is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces, ideal for those with an artistic flair. You will discover many of Liverpool's finest restaurants, bars and cafés in the Georgian Quarter neighbourhood. Make sure you take a short walk to the lively Baltic Market that offers a range of delicious cuisines from various local restaurants!
