The property is a duplex apartment with kitchen, dining and living area on the first floor; and bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. Please be aware the building has a ground floor and the apartment main entrance is in the first floor. It is a very confortable flat with private parking just in front of the entrance. Also it is very well connected with public transport to Oxford Summertown, city centre, Bicester village, Kidlington, Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. Please if you have any doubt about the apartment or the area, don't hesitate to ask me.
