Company information

I enjoy our home, village life, spending time as a family and looking after our two dogs and a cat. The local area is full of lovely places to go and we love them, as much as guests do! Hosting has been a relatively new venture, starting four years ago. Providing very happy breaks for guests is the aim and continues to be very fulfilling. I will communicate with you as little or as much as required, but I will be keen to message to check that you are comfortable.

Property information

No 12 is newly refurbished, with an uplifting, bright feel throughout. Its location and facilities make it ideal for families or friends visiting Bath, or workers in or around the city. Guests can relax in the generous lounge or in the separate kitchen & dining area, with double doors to a private garden and skyline views. The car park area has space for 2 cars. Just a 10 minute walk to the Artisan Quarters, 20 to the city centre, 5 to a supermarket, No 12 really does offer convenience and comfort.

Neighbourhood information

The house is about 150 yards up a short hill, away from the main road. The benefit of being raised up is you get lovely views. Bath city centre is in a valley and you can see across part of it. 5 minutes walk away is Morrisons supermarket. It will take 10 minutes to walk along the main road into the artisan area known as Walcott Street. A further ten minutes down through Walcott Street and you are in the city centre, with all that it has to offer. Bath Just across from the house is a lovely little park, which few people use or seem to know about. As well as the garden, it offers another spot to sit on a bench and enjoy the view.
