The property is located on the site of Robina’s own residence and is a single unit annex accessed by a set of stairs. It is situated in the small village of Leafield approximately 4 miles from Witney which is the nearest town and a couple of miles from the village of Charlbury. It is suitable for 2 people either a couple or two single people. The super king bed can be turned into two singles as long as the owner is told when booking. The property has a unique bathroom with glass wall, but for people who want privacy there is a curtain that can be pulled across the window. It is located above the owners garage and has a slightly sloping roof. The owner is only next door so if you need anything she will be happy to help you.

The property is located in a small Cotswold village and is in a self contained annex next to the owners property, it is accessed by a set of stairs. It is a large room with a sloping roof. The village has a local pub within walking distance (not open on Mondays or Tuesdays) but there are other pubs a short drive away in Witney. We also have a local village shop and post office next door to the pub which is open all week but only mornings on a Saturday and Sunday. There are many attractions nearby such as Blenheim Palace, Jeremy Clarksons farm, the dreaming spires of Oxford, Brougton Castle Banbury, Didcot steam railway centre and many more. For people who are interested in music festivals, the Wilderness festival is held here a couple of miles away.
