South Lanes, Beach Front, Palace Pier, the Pavillion, Steine Gardens, historic ruin of West Pier, the i360 all nearby and short walking distance. The house is centrally located with the nearest car park a stones throw away at Trafalgar street car park on Blackman Street. Getting around the city is easy on foot you are located in the north laine with east access to the south lanes for shopping, or a short walk to the pier and sea front. Lots to do so make sure you pack your trainers or slip ons to explore.
