Our lovely cosy home is a 10 min walk to Brighton's Palace Pier & Sunny Beach. Offering RARE private parking, the house is air-conditioned and has a sunny south-facing conservatory leading to a private outdoor WONDERFULLY SUNNY garden with BBQ, table with seating for up to 8 people. The front double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom/shower. The rear bedroom has 2 single beds. Each with TV/drink fridges. The Lounge has a double sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. Our much loved bright home features an all new, fully equipped kitchen including 4 burner gas hob, oven, microwave, large Bosch fridge freezer, AEG Dishwasher, washer dryer. The living room has a state of the art 50 inch (127cm) 4K UHD TV and comfy sofas as well as air conditioning for those hot days. A fantastic south facing air conditioned conservatory with large dining table features the most amazing hand painted mural by Brighton artist Giuseppe di Carlo. The beach is short walk away through the colourful terraces of Hanover. Brighton Pier and the laines are also a short walk away. Guests have private access to the whole house via the well lit path to the front entrance or through a side gate leading to the backyard entertainment area. The house is located at the top of a hill with a glimpse of the sea available from the upper level. The direct walking path into the town centre is steep, however there is a gentler slope walking south through Kemp Town to the foreshore and pier.

I am originally from Melbourne, Australia and love travelling and meeting people. My love of travel has resulted in me becoming an Airbnb host after staying as a guest in many different Airbnb places and learning what works best as a guest. The house is located in the Queens Park area of Brighton with the beautiful lake and gardens of Queens Park a 3 minute walk away. Adjacent is the Hanover district, which has built up a reputation for its bohemian residents. Its affectionate nickname of “muesli mountain” tells you everything you need to know about the area, and the people that call it home. This is an area that has its fair share of art trails, community events and get togethers. Brighton Pier is a short walk away through the lively area of the Kemp Town shopping district. The famous North and South laines are full of wonderful independent shops and within walking distance to the house. There is a regular bus service to Brighton Marina or the train station at the end of the street.
