The space is open plan, spread over two floors, is bright, spacious, cosy and calming. Set in the garden of the main house where I stay with my wife and children. The spaces are all modern and stylish, have all modern appliances You will have a private garden area, with a sheltered space and seating. We are looking for families and working professionals to occupy the property. The space is for 1-4 persons max. Please no gatherings or parties.! We would like that you can keep noise to a minimum after 10PM, to not disturb our neighbour’s. A damages deposit will be required before checking in, you will be refunded this deposit within 12 hours after your departure.
I’m happy to interact with guests as much as they would like to, I will be available on the phone any time and will respond to messages as soon as I can, I will be happy advise about the local area, amenities and travel. I live on site so if you need anything to make your stay better just ask.
Based on the border of Acocks Green and Olton, running along the Grand Union canal, we have lovely canal walks, a park just around the corner, shops across the street, food and a convenient store. Based on a through road which can get busy during peak hours, once within the Old Bakery Ground you will be away from the roads in the long gardens of the properties which are serene and quite. Acocks Green high street is 5 minutes walk and has all amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, bowling and laser tag.
