Host was avaibale on phone and WhatsApp - property manager at location don;t speak English. There is an entrance on the other side of the building - which is recommend if you have luggage. Property manager made us carry our full luggage via the two long stairs and they don't support. They would have told to use the other entrance and the lift from LowerGround level.
