Our newly renovated property is located in the historic neighbourhood of Chalepa, near the most iconic building in Chania the tanneries. The property is located 50m from the sea offering a unique view over the Aegean Sea. Enjoy our cretan amenities and have you breakfast every day gazing the sea. There are 3 bedrooms and a spacious living room where 1 extra person can be accommodated, the kitchen has all the cooking tools and all the necessary for your holidays will be offered to you!

The district of Chalepa is the place with the most interesting modern history. A lot of historic and iconic buildings are near by where a lot prime ministers and ministers where living. Steps away from the house is the residence of Eleftherios Venizelos greek politician, the greatest of his time, where he used to live there and the property is a national monument. Near Venizelos house there is the palace of prince George a High Commissioner of Creta. Over there we have the Russian style church of Agias Magdalinis one of the most iconic in Europe and close by is the Greek embasy and the French Academy. As we head closer to the sea we are having the well known Tampakaria of Chalepa, small factorys who are editing leather, called ''Βυρσοδεψεία'' and they were created in the middle of 19th century in order to take the first material of the leather and modify it to and make it a modified unit to sell it to stores. Today one of them is still working and the rest are out of order but a piece of art. Meters away you can have your private sea water swimming pool, just a natural pool made from rocks, like a small tiny lake where you can have your cool down bath in a pretty safe enviroment.
