The apartment was originally built in 1991 and was recently renovated. An effort was made to maintain the old characteristics of the house and incorporate them in a modern and relaxing enviorment. The interior is dominated by some restored classical furniture, a stone composition on the living room wall and the various paintings drawn by the owner. Outside, the old well which was opened more than fifty years ago stands out while the surrounding garden and trees embrace the whole apartment giving the guest a sense of paradise. Finally the view from the apartment is very good since you can see partly the sea and the opposite side of the Porto Rafti bay as well as the near by mountain. Enjoy your stay.

Generally Porto Rafti is believed to be one of the most graphical places in Eastern Attica because it gives the visitor the impression that is on an island. It is located 45klm from the center of Athens and 18klm away from the Airport Eleftherios Venizelos. The landscape is composed by an enclosed bay with several islets of which the most famous is Raftopoula due to the ancient statue that there is on its peak. Our apartment is situated on the North side of the bay about 600 meters from the beach of Agios Spiridon, apart from swimming you can also find there a mini market, a bakery and some taverns. About 700 meters away from Agios Spiridon you can reach the local center through a beautiful sidewalk by the sea, there you can find a variety of fish taverns, restaurants, cafes and all day bars for all tastes. Last but not least one of the places that you have to visit is the Kastro cafe due to its breathtaking view, it is situated on the top of the nearby hill about 500 meters from the apartment.
