The accommodation is located at the beginning of the traditional village Foinikia. The rooms are traditional undercover presses that were renovated this year. They have view of the sunset and the sea from the side of Koloumbos. There is a big garden, where you can also admire the same view as the rooms. The closest beach is 3 kilometers away and the route until Oia is 1,5 kilometers (my suggestion is to go by foot, the route is magical).
I am from Santorini and that’s why I decided to make my parental house an accommodation. It’s the first time that I occupy with this kind of work. It is true that this land gives you the energy and the opportunity to deal with all the circumstances in different ways. I love my homeland and I consider my self lucky to have the opportunity to work here.
Foinikia, a small traditional village where cars and motorbikes are not allowed. Living your car at the parking you can walk through the alleys that drive you to old imposing churches or to a gap to admire the sunset view. If you get hungry you will find the solution at one of the three restaurants that except from traditional food also have magnificent view.
