Combining the best of local lifestyle and only ten minutes driving distance to restaurants & sandy beaches, this Villa is the perfect base for whatever adventure you crave in Zakynthos. Located in a picture village Ag. Kirikos, where you may find a variety of facilities (mini markets, pharmacies, shops and more), this unique villa has everything you may need for an authentic holiday break. External Living | Pool & Jacuzzi (Can be Heated with Extra fee) & BBQ This captivating home is embellished with a private 35m2 swimming pool (1.40m depth) that can be heated (together with the jacuzzi) with an additional fee, embellished with a eight seater jacuzzi and lounge area with signature sun-beds. Pool & Jacuzzi Heating Policy: - The pool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees. Can only be heated from April-May & September-November. - 4 days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 26 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature. The cost is 50euros per day. -Pool can strictly be booked for the duration of your entire stay, and the total cost is a sum of the above.
