Very clean 35sqm apartment newly renovated. Located in Koukaki, a safe and quiet area, in the historical center of Athens, at a short walking distance to all must-see sights such as Acropolis museum, Parthenon, Plaka, Monastiraki. 250m from ΑCROPOLIS metro station. - A beautiful and completely renovated small but very useful apartment by young and passionate team of people (2022) - In walking distance (4-8 minutes) of most important touristic sites - Our neighborhood is safe,central and full of tourists who want to enjoy Athens. - The apartment has one bedroom with double bed. (equipped with new mattresses of best quality) and a couch who can be turned into a bed as well. - We own a group of apartments and are experienced SUPERHOSTS for more than 5 years, who hosted more than 300 guests in our other listings.Make sure you read our reviews as well ,so you can be sure you will be in safe hands and everything will be provided to you. The apartment has a common hall with Estate Kukaki 2,our second listing.
