The location was perfect, being near the resort yet away from the noisy centre . There were many lovely tavernas within walking distance . The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and looked after the property well . The pool was warmer than we have previously found in Greece , which was a bonus . We would thoroughly recommend

In this lovely, newly constructed villa the stylish rooms create a minimalist backdrop for you to take in the amazing sea views. The high ceilings, skylight and large windows allow the living room to transmit an airy feeling. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen which surely inspires you to create and enjoy amazing meals. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower and one with two single beds that convert to a double. The third bathroom is shared and offers a shower as well. Without a doubt, this unique property represents a delectable balance of modern desing and taste. All of our beds provide the well-known Simmons high quality mattresses so that the guests experience a true feeling of relaxation. The villa also offer a private pool with sea view!

The villa’s location puts the guests close to all the well known parts of Zakynthos Island. Just a few minutes driving distance from the North part of the island, Niova villa is the perfect base for you to explore this lovely destination. There are many must-see places close to the villa, from the picturesque villages of the North to the transparent, clear blue beaches such as Makris Yalos, Xigia sulfur beach and many other unique places. Not to be forgotten, Navagio, one of the best beaches in Zakynthos is just few steps away.
