The villa has two stories, with the main bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The TV and main wardrobe are also located on this level. The living room, kitchen, and dining table are on the first floor. There is a lovely table outside where you can enjoy coffee or a sunbath right in front of the villa's entrance. The villa is located in a beautiful condo with 24-hour security and is very private. Parking is available inside the condo. The villa is within walking distance of Central Park and just 5 minutes from Casa Santo Domingo. It is also located right at the entrance of El Tenedor del Cerro restaurant and many other restaurants, bars, and shops.
