The Hotel is split between two buildings, both with a stunning lake view available. It is in the middle of town on and therefore accessible to all the restaurants, shops, and activities available in San Pedro. All rooms have private ensuite bathrooms, double beds, and a small outdoor patio in front that is shared with the room next door. Every floor has only 2 rooms, with building A having 4 floors, and building B 3 floors. If there's availability on the higher floors we'd be happy to upgrade you for the best views of Lake Atitlan!

Hotel San Francisco is a small family run operation that has been a staple for over a decade in San Pedro. The owners are well known, respected, and always available to help organize anything you might need. They will personally receive you to check in, and always will be present as they live next door on an adjacent property. As Mayan, they are very much rooted in peaceful, friendly, and easy going people!

Located on the road to the Santiago dock, Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main tourist strip coomnly clled the "Pana Dock". Or tuc tucs are readily available and can wisk you off on a 5 minute mini adventure as well. Since we are n the middle of town, there might be potential for noise depending on the seasons festivities, though no later than 10pm. However, we are far from the late night hustle and bustle of tourism strip with all it's bars and discotecas.
