We are nestled between the beautiful hills of the Omoa county, We are situated on the village of Tulian. We are 70 meters above sea level and the beach is a 10 min walk from the property. We have exuberant flora and fauna, a lot of bird watching on site, depends on the season. Our 44,000 gallon pool is nice and fresh, if you want something hot, we have our concrete hot tub situated in betweem lush vegetation.

I am born a US and Honduran citizen. My grandparents moved down here in 1970, they later called my father in at 22 years of age, We have been in the service (restaurant business since 1974). We have now ventured on opening our estate to Honduran nationals and people from around the world. We are in the process of developing the estate even more, so expect more vacancy and availability.

We are located on an upscale neighborhood called ''los manzanos´´ (the wild apples). It is very safe, there are many pathways you can take into the jungle, the river is about 12 mins away walking, but we can take you further in, that is where there are beatiful natural river pools! The ocean is only 400 meters away, although we have an alliance with a private beach, with roofing, chairs, picnic tables, grill and fresh water shower.
