Beautiful 1st Floor Apartment (Stairs) **NEWLY REFURBISHED ** Lovely quiet residential area. There is a large green area in front of the apartment with views of Galway Cathedral and the hills of Co. Clare on the skyline. To the rear is farmland with the ruins of Castlegar Castle visible close by. Close proximity to the Race Course and City Centre Located on the Headford Road the apt has secure parking with a regular bus service adjacent to the apt which will take you to Eyre Square in 10 Minutes. Apartment is normally owner occupied so is in immaculate condition with WiFi Fully equipped Kitchen, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher etc 1 Double bedroom Ensuite 1 Double Bedroom 1 Bathroom Bed linen and towels will be provided.
