The apartment is located right on the Bat Yam city promenade, in a quality neighborhood, surrounded by towers and many developing commercial areas. In the neighborhood there are commercial areas with cafes, bakeries, restaurants with local food and shops. There is a supermarket right below the building and plenty of public transportation. About 15 minutes by car to the center of Tel Aviv, and about 30 minutes by public transport to the center of Tel Aviv. In addition, the apartment is adjacent to the beach and the promenade with a variety of entertainment and leisure places that you can enjoy.
