Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Dear guests, please note, on Saturdays and Israeli holidays, the entry time to the apartment in the months of March-November (summer time) is at 21:00 and in the months of November-March (winter time) at 23:00 Earlier entry can be arranged with us depending on the availability of the property.

入住時須支付 ₪ 2,000 損壞押金。 此筆費用將以現金支付。 您辦理退房時將獲得退費。 住宿檢查確認後會以現金全額退還押金。
