Exclusive Beach Villa having its own private access to the beach. The villa is about 100 meters from the beach front. It is perfect for a quite vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It has a quaint and rustic architecture, located amidst sandy dunes and shady greens, this beach villa promises you of a relaxed holiday in the growing unchecked chaos of Calangute Village.......... +++++++BOOKING IS CONFIRMED ONLY AFTER PAYMENT IS DONE.--++++++ The 1BHK SPACE is on the GROUND FLOOR. It has a living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. It can accommodate 4 people. The AC bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a sofa cum bed, table, chairs, cupboard. The kitchen has a mini refrigerator, microwave, filter, electric kettle, induction and basic cooking utilities. The attached bathroom has geyser, shower, western toilet............. The STUDIO UNIT is on the FIRST FLOOR of a beach villa. It can accommodate two people or two people with an infant sharing the same bed. For third adult we will provide additional floor mattress. It has an AC room having a queen size bed, cupboard, hangers, mosquito repellent. The kitchen has a mini refrigerator, electric kettle, induction and basic cooking utilities. The attached bathroom has geyser, shower, western toilet. Breakfast/ lunch/ dinner is available at the shacks on the beach. Also lot of restaurants along holiday street which is around 300-400 mts away. Parking is available inside the property.
The neighbourhood offers various restaurants serving goan, continental, Indian and other cuisines. The beach shacks also operate from October to May and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
