Please treat the house as your own house as this is our holiday home. My wife and I have very lovingly decorated it & provided it with all amenities required to make your holiday a comfortable one. The large swimming pool right outside our porch, open till 9PM has an excellent filtration plant and is beautifully designed. Request you to respect the cleanliness by taking a shower before you jump in. There is an outdoor shower facility a few meters ahead of the pool, if you wish to take a shower outside in the lush greenery. The river Chapora flows along the complex so enjoy the beautiful serene setting -do take a walk up to the river. We shall ensure the house is cleaned up before your stay but if you require one during your stay, please put in a request, and we we will try our best to arrange for someone. However this would be at additional charges of Rs 400 per day. Please also ensure the gas, lights and AC's are switched off when you leave. Moreover, lock up the house and give the keys to the caretaker. Let him know in advance of your departure so he can check the house before you leave. Our villa is a part of a secure gated community
We are a not so young couple,but young enough at heart :-) We’ve been lucky to have traveled the world and chose Goa for our holiday home as we love Goa and everything it has to offer. We also run a very successful travel company so do not hesitate to ask us if you want any help in planning your trip to India. We look forward to welcoming you to our home. We have tried to ensure your stay is comfortable but incase you have any issues we are just a call away.
Siolim is a nice sleepy village alongside the famous Chapora village and its famous fort. It is around 15-25 minutes away from some of the best beaches and popular restaurants North Goa has to offer i.e Vagator, Baga, Calangute, Ashwin, Morjim beaches. If you want a taste of the real Goa then do not forget to bike down to the Siolim village very famous for its fruit sellers and juice shops. Bikes, scooters and cars are easily available in the locality and we could connect you with the local operators who would deliver your required vehicle of your choice to your home. Once you have booked the house we would also send you an information booklet which has information on the happening beaches, restaurants and other interesting places to visit during your stay. Many of them are located less than half an hour away.
