Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive away from Naukuchiatal and 2.5 hours drive from Pantnagar airport, the villa offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes and a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. Layout of home Zephyr by Naukuchiatal boasts a well-thought-out layout, offering a seamless and comfortable living experience. As you approach the house, you'll find a parking area at the back, ensuring easy access for vehicles. Descending from the parking area, flights of stairs lead to the servant's room, providing a separate and functional space for household staff. Inside the home, a central lobby serves as the heart of the house, connecting various sections. The lobby features four doors, leading to three bedrooms, offering a private and cozy retreat for the residents. Additionally, the lobby stairs lead to another bedroom, providing added privacy and space. The home also features a separate dining area for shared meals and gatherings and a balcony that offers a relaxing outdoor space with beautiful views. To ensure convenience and comfort, the home is equipped with separate toilets, enhancing the overall functionality of the house. A Security Deposit of INR 5000 per room & needs to be paid online before check-in. Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.. Kitchen Charges 1000 per day Self catering will provide helper only. Please note that due to narrow roads, a tempo traveler cannot reach the property. It is recommended to use an SUV for better access
