Stylish apartment located on the 4th floor, facing the ferry port for Capri and Ischia, convenient for both workers and tourists due to its location. Exquisitely furnished and meticulously designed, it features a spacious open space in the living room, ideal for remote work, with Wi-Fi, SKY, Netflix, PlayStation 4, USB wall outlets, and a 55-inch Smart TV. The bedroom adjoins a large balcony with a view of the port of Naples.
The apartment is located in front of the ferry port for Capri and Ischia, 300 meters from the famous Maschio Angioino. This area is strategic and one of the best for a stay, as it is well connected via the renowned Line 1 of the subway, with the MUNICIPIO station only 250 meters away from our property, alternatively, there is also the UNIVERSITA station 450 meters away. The proximity to the most picturesque places in the city is minimal, such as the San Carlo Theater, Via Roma (one of the shopping streets), the Royal Palace, and Piazza Plebiscito. In the neighborhood, you will find numerous trattorias where you can taste the typical dishes of Naples' long-standing tradition, from mussel soup to fried cod, to pasta alla genovese, all authentic Neapolitan specialties. 4 minutes walk to Municipio metro station 4 minutes walk to Maschio Angioino 5 minutes walk to the port of Naples for ferries or hydrofoils to Ischia, Capri, Procida 13 minutes walk to Piazza Plebiscito 15 minutes walk to Musales Maradona 10 minutes walk to the San Carlo Theater 15 minutes walk to the Quartieri Spagnoli 5 minutes walk to supermarkets 10 minutes walk to Via Roma, the shopping street.
