A double bedroom and a bunk bedroom both with balconys and very bright - not far from the city center and connected directly by bus (12 daily - 94 nightly) which passes near the University as well with the bus (bus stop 400 meters away) and free parking in the proximity (at least usually). Kitchen and bathroom might be SHARED with the other bedroom in case of other guests on the same dates so maximum with another one or two people and the entrance corridor is SHARED with my mum who lives in a separated portion of the flat The flat is on the second floor without elevator. I don't live in the flat, for the check-in time via Booking app or phone. Bed sheets, towels (shower, face, bidet, bathroom floor) and covers/duvets are provided. Bedrooms door lock for when you re not in the flat. Rooms ozone sanitising treatment in between guests to make sure there won't be any contamination. Please if there are other guests in the house avoid shower and hair dryer use after 22:30 and before 8:30 to guarantee everybodys rest. PLEASE LEAVE COMMON AREAS CLEAN AND TIDY AND AVOID LOUD NOISES LATE AT NIGHT AS THERE MAY BE OTHER GUESTS IN THE FLAT AND I WOULD LIKE EVERYONE TO ENJOY THEIR STAY NO PARTIES - NO PETS - NO SMOKING

Hi ! I am Claudio from Verona, I came back to the beautiful Italy at the beginning of 2021 after spending 5 years in London. I am an easy going person, I like computer programming, sports in general and hiking; needless to say I love to travel discovering new places possibly eating good food.

A nice and quiet neighbourhood in the East part of Verona - it has some nice squares, bars, patisseries and also few restaurants. The river Adige is nearby (3-4min by bike, 11-13min on foot, 3-5min by car) with some lovely parks and a cycle path alongside the river of 8.5Km. As bicycles safe parking I could store them in my private garage but since there are my personal belongings I won t be able to give you the keys and probably nor able to open the garage for you every day but just at your arrival and departure
