I liked everything about the property! Location was perfect. Walking to many wonderful places. Clean and extremely well kept. Breakfast was excellent, even the day we were leaving early they prepared breakfast for us earlier than regular starting hours. They even have a great reasonable priced laundry full service. The shower pressure and hot water great!! This definitely was a 100% satisfaction and a place to come back!!

Wonderful staff. The lady at the front desk( I can’t remember her name) spoke English and she was so nice and helpful. The location was really neat, right in a square with a ton of foods options. With that though, it gets LOUD on the weekends. We had a balcony room and while I loved having the doors open it was just too loud on a Saturday night.

The property was perfectly located in the old part of town in the pedestrian zone. It was easy and safe to walk to lots of restaurants and bars day and night with no need for a car or taxis. Many of Palermo's historic buildings were in easy walking distance. The room was comfortable, clean and had a nice view. The breakfast was delicious and hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We would stay with them again.

Great room and spectacular service! The B&B is very well located close to very good bars and restaurants. There is a parking spot very close in Piazza Marina which helps a lot with the logistics. Really recommend staying there.

Breakfast was great - typical European style. Loved the cappuccino. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Had to walk up stairs but that is expected in Euro cities but no big deal. Room was clean and location perfect for touring Palermo. Room was quiet and bathroom was a good size. Good shower:) Also love that we can connect through the Booking App. It made it so easy to let them know when we were arriving.

Great location, on the edge of the Kalsa but close to some open areas and parks as well. Close to good restaurants, bars, gelaterias, museums, etc. Friendly staff and very clean and comfortable.

This B&B is located in the lively Kalsa neighborhood of Palermo, an easy walk to important historical sites, stores, restaurants and the harbor. We had a double room which was modern, very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and included a good-sized bathroom. This B&B is located at a couple of upper floors of the building (perhaps 3rd and 4th floors); it was peaceful and quiet at this B&B, even while there were restaurants and vibrant life not far away on the streets below. The breakfast room looked very inviting, although we had opted prior to our trip to search out various streetside cafes for our breakfasts instead.
