Clean rooms in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a little bit far to walk to and from the main sights each day, but there's public transport. It is close to a large, well-stocked supermarket. Had to switch rooms from one day to the next due to the way Booking.com recorded the booking, but that wasn't a major problem for us. The room with the balcony was very enjoyable.

Soggiorno Michelangelo offers easily accessible, great value accommodation just a 10-minute walk from the Accademia Gallery which houses one of the world’s most famous statues. The Michelangelo is a friendly little residence set in a 19th-century building. Located on the 2nd floor it has just 7 rooms and a sunny lounge area, perfect for planning where to visit next out of all of Florence’s many churches, galleries and museums. Michelangelo’s quieter, more residential setting means that car parking is much easier, with a multi-storey car park located nearby. Buses leave from just 100 metres away from the hotel, meaning that you can be at the Duomo in just a few minutes.
Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 8.5 for a two-person trip.
