Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza Duomo, Bargello Museum, Dante's Birthplace, Casa Buonarroti, a 17th-century palace-museum with frescoes that houses the first marble drawings and reliefs of Michelangelo, Piazza Santa Croce with its splendid Basilica. At a short walking distance there is also the ancient district of Sant'Ambrogio, with the homonymous church and its typical market. This area has plenty of restaurants / taverns and clubs, that animate squares and streets with their outdoor, especially during summertime.
