Brand new quiet apartment, close to the Subway and the Hospital. The building is elegant and guarantees absolute privacy and silence. A covered free PARKING for one car is included as well. The apartment inside is modern and very bright, equipped with lift, AC and super fast Wi-Fi. The place has a large balcony facing the internal garden, excellent to enjoy the climate of Milan. At the entrance, there is the living area where you can find a large sofa (convertible into a double bed), Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime to entertain anyone. The kitchen is modern with washing machine, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine with supplies and of course dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and a lot more. In the bathroom you can find a large bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet and a new sink. A hairdryer and dispensers with soap and shower gel will also be at your disposal. In the sleeping area of the house you will find a big wardrobe and very comfortable double bed with a soft mattress and reading lights. The apartment is equipped with cotton sheets and towels, you won't need to bring yours from home! You must not miss this one!
