This was a wonderful place to stay. Delicious traditional Japanese food, excellent spa and onsen facilities, delightful management and staff. One of the nicest hotel experiences we have ever had. Unbeatable value for money.

Japanese-style multi-course meals (kaiseki) are served for breakfast and dinner in the hotel’s dining room. These meals feature seasonal delicacies made from fresh local ingredients. Shinhodaka Aerial Ropeway can be reached with a 20-minute drive while the popular Kamikochi Area is a 30-minute drive away. Mt. Norikura and JR Takayama Station are both a 1-hour drive away.
