Emerging from a well secure and gated community, Sandrock Residence prides itself in being fully Kenyan government compliant hence providing contemporary accommodation for both corporates and leisure travelers. Come, find a beautiful place and get lost in this three fully furnished apartment located in a secure serene environment where your safety, comfort and happiness awaits you. The apartment offers a master ensuite with two other bedrooms sharing the bathroom. It has a living room, dining room, well stocked kitchen with modern appliances, a laundry area with a washing machine, High speed internet,50 inch smart TV with FREE NETLIX LOGIN, Towels, Bed linen, Toiletries, Iron and Ironing board are provided for your comfort. For stays of more than six days and above, fresh linen and towels are provided. To keep up with good hygiene and cleanliness, we recommend the change of towels and linens after three days. Free secure parking is provided at the property. LONG TERM Guests will be treated to a welcome pack which will be preferably, a bottle of wine or assorted local fruits. Under the new government rules, Sandrock Residence has CCTV cameras outside the property for your safety and security.

Nested in a secure gated community is Nyayo Estate. The estate is one of the safest and cleanest estate in east and central Africa. You can explore the city's rich history with a visit to the Nairobi National park, Bomas of Kenya and the Animal Orphanage. For shopping, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to retail therapy as you will have to choose from numerous malls which can easily be reached via a cab. The new IMAARA mall, Nextgen Mall, Garden city are great places to shop. The apartment is located 20minutes from JKIA, 7 minutes to Kenya Airways Pride Centre and the Rail station which links you to the CBD. Besides this, a 24 Hr supermarket (QUICKMART) is 7 minutes away. Access to the apartment can be done through Nyayo estate gate A.
