    “It's very clean, modern, enough space, it has amenities to cook. The pool is great (sun the whole afternoon). You can enjoy sunset from the balcony. Olga and her assistant are very helpful. Great if you have to spend a few days in town.”

Spacious studio apartment on the fifth floor of the 9-store building with a fascinating sea view, 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay- a modern well-equipped kitchen, king-sized bed, comfortable sofa, plenty of storage space, cozy balcony, Smart TV, washing machine, iron, and more. There is a swimming pool on the second floor of the building with a resting area and public showers. There is 24-hour security in this building and an excellent management crew smoothly serves the property.
I am a professional conductor and an international music teacher, and I have worked in many countries and continents, including Tanzania, China, Cambodia, and South Korea. I have a global and tolerant mindset and enjoy exploring different cultures. Hosting became rather my hobby than a business- I love meeting and communicating with people from all over the world and giving them an opportunity to enjoy Cambodia.
Sihanoukville is a vibrant and fast-developing city. It has many spots to offer- beautiful beaches and islands, pagodas, and temples. The city is also famous for its casinos, nightlife, and Asiatic food. The apartment complex is situated in the quieter part of town near the beach and a 5-minute walk to one of the most known and well-respected hotels in Sihanoukville, The Independence Hotel.
