The elderly lady who runs the place was extremely nice, prepared us delicious Yuzu tea and pealed apples, then set with us on the floor to show us how to play the traditional games that were in the room. Great location right under Omokdae.

The owner ladies are very helpful and friendly. They provided us the travel info of the area and helped us when we had problems. The hotel is a well maintained traditional korean house inside a well preserved korean village in Jeonju. A very good way to support the conservation of traditional korean architect. It was inexpensive to stay there.

love that there is a heater on the floor so that we could keep warm in the winter. it was a good experience living in a Hanok home and experience how it’s like to live there in the winter. hosts were very nice and hospitable. we arrived very late at night due to some delays but hosts were there to welcome us and even served us tea and fruits! thank you so much! hosts were very responsive on text when I texted them when they had any queries so thank you!

Very friendly owners. In a great location at just the fringe of the hanok village so its not so noisy but still within walking distance to all the tourist spots. Generally clean. The ondel/floor heating system is good for the cold autumn night.

The location is perfect, the room really gives you a feel of the traditional Korean lifestyle, and the true gem are the 2 hostesses. Throughout the whole stay they went out of their way to help and make sure we have a great time. From the welcoming homemade tea and fresh fruit, to a short historical explanation about Jeonju, and even assistance with future plans in Korea (they even called hotels to help us book!). Highly recommended!

The owners are super nice, they helped us with eeverything and offered us fruit and juices. There is a little kitchen you can use to make tea and coffee too, which is very convenient. The place is very clean and cozy, and the toilet and shower new. The guesthouse is just in the middle of the Hanok village, which is great if you want to visit and enjoy the village at night.

We highly recommend it to those who want to spend a very nice holiday with very sweet aunts. They took care of our everything. They helped us with every problem immediately. They even gave medicine for the mosquitoes. They showed us places to visit. They offered fruit for 2 days :) the location is great, very close to everything

We enjoyed our stay at Jeonju Nostalgic house. It was very peaceful, we loved the location in the village. We were warmly welcomed and the hosts gave very good advice for our visit. They helped us in our request and made our stay very confortable. We hope to come visit again!
