Anniewatte House is a spacious colonial bungalow built with British architecture. Facilitated with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.It has a balcony the overlooks the garden and green the roof tops,a nice place to have a cup of tea in the morning while listening to the bird signings.Though we are within the city limits its away from the busy streets. Anniewatte House has a spacious garden and surrounded by many star class hotels,supermarkets, hospitals, spas ect. Reaching to the city is 10-15 mins walk or 5 mins by a tuk tuk. Our modern baths are facilitated with hot and cold water and we have free WIFI in all areas. Security(Specially for the ladies and the families/kids) and authentic Sri Lankan experience is guaranteed as We live within the property.Our policies are children friendly as our children are 6 and 3.As we have a small touring company I personally offer tours to various destination around the Island .Also we have a car renting as well.When you stay with us ,you are staying with your Sri Lankan family.Of course you will definitely love my wife's authentic Sri Lankan dishes for sure.And we provide your tea and coffee complimentary.

I and my wife,both were government servants and now engaged in social works and our business.I was a cop for 10 years.Specialized in criminal investigations.We are a family with two kids. We love meeting new people and travelling. I take people on tours personally giving them opportunity to travel to many authentic beautiful places where an ordinary tourists can not experience. Our neighborhood is foreigners/travelers friendly. Most of the neighbors are intellectuals and business people. Almost everybody speaks English and have been to other countries at least one time. There many star class hotels,swimming pools,hospitals,spas,super markets and restaurants in walking distance.
