Newly built neighborhood in the Premium part of the Town Piliamiestis. All mostly required accessories are in the apartment, so You just need to bring smile and good mood (dishes, showering equipment, towels, washing and ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner, TV+Netflix, internet, air conditioner and etc.). Car will be parked in the underground private parking place in the secured territory. Balcony with very nice view and children playground in the territory with no car traffic. Territory guarder by barriers, cameras, flat equipped with alarm system.
Place located by the old Town of Kaunas, near the city center. There are two main rivers of Lithuania joining together and this view can be seen from the balcony. Building surrounded by the nice park and garden, where you can have a walk, visiting riverside and pier with the view to the Kaunas castle. Calm and sleek neighborhood can guarantee You good rest and pleasant experience.
