This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The Old Town is just across the bridge, the monumental National Library is right next to it, there are superb public transportation connections, grocery shopping, pharmacy, pizzeria and a kebab studio next door. The historical building has been freshly renovated to a very high standard, and includes a modern elevator, ventilation with heat recuperation in each apartment, and high speed internet.

The left bank of Daugava river is rapidly developing into a stylish, trendy place for living and working. There is Agenskalns market nearby with food stalls and all kinds of market goods.
