Aziza was so helpful to arrange a private Medina tour for us with an amazing gentleman - Najib - who gave us a fabulous 7 hours exploring the deep recesses of Fes' medina. the food at this riad is fabulous too and the rooms are incredible. oh, the 27-year-old turtle resident? Carolyn? adorable.

Place is located in fes medina, c. 10 minutes walk from places of tourists interests, which also made the riad an ideal place to have some calm and silence. The inner garden is also very beautiful, although we could not benefit from it due to the low temperatures in january in fes. Staff was extremely nice and helpful at all times.

We got a beautiful room, a really nice breakfast and everything you can expect in a riad, plus an amazing building. We were fortunate enough to sleep at the end of the maze, :), so we managed to explore most of the building when entering and leaving. Simply amazing. Also, traveling in winter I would say that we had all the heating we needed. Aziza, the woman, was of great help: kind, welcoming, relaxed, and helped us much more than what it should be expected (help with taxi, help with bookings and help with a last minute printing which saved us a lot of money). I would come back here, no doubt, the next time. I left when the feeling of having a friend in Fès. Ah, I nearly forgot: as gay travellers, we appreciate the special kindness of Aziza and her family. No questions asked, no "I can offer you a room with separate beds", and all that stuff.

Posizione ottima a due passi dalla Medina e la colazione oltre all’abbondanza è davvero squisita. Lo staff è gentile e cordiale, come anche Aziza la nostra host sempre sorridente che è stata preziosissima nell'aiutarci a organizzare le varie attività, dall'hammam alla visita guidata nella Medina al taxi per l'aeroporto. Cenare in riad, che oltre ad essere comodo e rilassante perché sei lontano dal caos, ti permette di gustare veri piatti della tradizione marocchina cucinati al meglio.

Emplacement proche d'une porte (bab) à 15 mn à pied de la Médina. Très beau ryad, chambres spacieuses, excellent petit-déjeuner varié, belle cour intérieure. Très bon dîner sur réservation le matin constitué de tajines dattes et citrons. Personnel très agréable.
