Apartment on the ground floor of a new and cozy villa, with careful decoration. Enjoy new accommodation, with a magnificent sunset and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. Additional equipment: solar water heater, small cooler available for beach trips, insulated bottle holder, disposable cardboard tableware, champagne bucket, exterior tap for rinsing nautical effects.

Quiet, family neighborhood. Accommodation close to the city center and amenities, the beaches of Schoelcher (Anse Madame, Anse Collat). A shopping center is located approximately 1.5 km away (Terreville).
