The apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious fully-equipped kitchen/ living with a sofa bed available for another 2 hosts. Double bedroom offers an ensuite with a shower. A spacious main bathroom offering a bath is available through the living room. Bedrooms are both with AC conditioning which can be used as a heater in Winter. All rooms are lit with sunlight and offer a balcony for anyone interested to smoke. Smoking is only permitted outside. Three balconies in total. The front balcony from the living room offers a small patio as a chillout area with an outdoor table and chairs. The living room offers a TV for Netflix and a 6 person table which can be extended to 8. Apartment has free Wifi in all rooms. Walking distance to local university, hospital, grocer, bank, ATM. Refer to check-in and check-out times. Respect local waste management collection. No parties allowed. Reduce sound after 10pm to respect the neighbourhood

Swatar area is in central Malta. Walking distance to Malta's main hospital and in a very close proximity to most tourist attractions/ beaches/ party venues like St. Julians, Paceville, Sliema, Bugibba etc.. Valletta is reachable by bus in 17min. Local busses are available for any place you wish to visit. It will only take 15min max Taxi to arrive anywhere you would like to visit in Malta. As our beloved guests, private transfers from the airport can also be arranged with extra payment if available. One needs to ask beforehand. The area and neighbourhood is very quite offering a perfect place for resting after busy days around. Taxi services in Malta are convenient and quick. Several supermarkets are available in walking distances. Closet grocer is reachable in 2min walk. APS Bank offering a 24/7 ATM is in 2 min walk away. Hairdresser is available 1min walk away. Gym is also available nearby.
